We will review the complaint and attempt to resolve the complaint according to our mutual satisfaction. Upon receipt of your complaint you will receive a confirmation from us. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days, however should we require more time, we will notify you of this fact. In case this is not to your satisfaction, you can also contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk (Webshop Trustmark) of which we are a member. Since February 15'th 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to give notice of a complaint via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at (http://ec.europa.eu/odr .) If the complaint is not being actively handled elsewhere, it is at your discretion to file the complaint via the European Union platform.
