Do you wish to return a product? If so please read the information below, in order to arrange for the process to be completed as smoothly as possible.


Return shipments and your rights as a consumer


The below terms and conditions stem from the way in which they are codified in Dutch Civil Law, which offers significant consumer protection. Note however that even when you are a foreign buyer, Broyeurfabriek B.V. will offer you the exact same terms, conditions and protections as Dutch nationals. The below text is the translation for the Dutch language version:

You have the right as a consumer, to, without having to state any reasons, disolve your purchase agreement within 14 calendar days after having received your product.

After notifying us of this, you have an additional 14 calendar days to return the product.

You have the right to reimbursement of the full purchase amount, which means that you will be refunded both the cost of the product as well as the transportation costs.

Please note however that the costs of return shippings are for your own account. These costs can be set off against the purchase amount.


Arranging your return shipment


For our smaller products, received via PostNL, you can quickly and conveniently manage your return shipment yourself and/or print a return shipping label by logging on to your personal shipping portal:


For our larger products, received via Brenger, it is best to contact Brenger directly.


Finally: it is of course also possible to return your product at our physical address.


Preparing your return shipment


When receiving your return shipment we would prefer it if you:

  1. return the product in its original packaging;
  2. notify us of the reason for returning the product.

Just for clarification, please note that this is not mandatory.


Please note: exceptions regarding product returns:


Part of the products we carry, such as macerator pumps and toilets, are by design intended for the processing of human waste.

Understandably this carries a considerable hygiene-aspect, so much so that in our view this falls under the exception of art. 10 section 8 of our General Terms and Conditions.

This means, that if the packaging of these products has been opened, and/or we have an indication that the product has been put to use in the aforementioned manner, we reserve the right to refuse having these products returned to us.

We will however attempt to take the individual circumstances into account, by which is meant that we can accept a return shipment of such products if and only if, with a probability bordering on certainty, these products cannot have been put in service in this manner.
