The review policy of Broyeurfabriek B.V.

Our (current) review platform:

Broyeurfabriek B.V. uses Kiyoh (and formerly TrustPilot) for reviews, as part of the requirements of the Webshop Trustmark.

New legislation:

As of May 28, 2022, the legislation on unfair trade practices has been/will be expanded and reviews are bound by significantly stricter regulations.

Our policy:

Broyeurfabriek B.V. must also make a number of statements under the new legislation with regard to how we handle our review policy. Please find a concise explanation below:

1) Broyeurfabriek B.V. regularly checks if reviews which are left behind are actually placed by people who have purchased one or more products or services from Broyeurfabriek B.V.. This is done through a manual check by one or more employees.

2) Broyeurfabriek B.V. has NO remuneration policy for the placement of reviews. In other words, there is never a reward in exchange for placing a review, either in money or in the form of free products or services.

3) On no platform that Broyeurfabriek B.V. uses (review platforms and/or social media) are customer responses manipulated. In other words, this means that no 'likes' are purchased, for example, and that responses and reviews are not displayed selectively or incorrectly.
