Shipping tariffs and delivery times
We have negotiated separate contracts with our transporters, in order to be able to offer you lower shipping tariffs. Please find these tariffs displayed as systematically as possible below.
For the shipment of the below products we make use of MyParcel / PostNL (delivery on opening days):
- Pumps;
- Connection sets;
- Parts;
- Motors;
- Broyeur cleaner;
- Boilers.
For the shipment of the below products we make use of Brenger (delivery on weekdays and during the weekend):
- Broyeur toilets;
- Shower cabins;
For bulk-orders or large international transports, we make use of Transporten Veens Herveld (delivery according to planning).
Delivery times:
For small items, ordered on working days (pumps, connection sets, parts, motor set, broyeur cleaner and boilers): usually delivered next working day within the Netherlands.
Via PostNL you will receive an automatic track & trace code. When the package has been registered at the depot, it will only be visible / trackable.
Orders placed before 14:45 on working days, are usually delivered the next day. Please note! PostNL does not have a collection service during weekends; only from Monday to Friday.
In the unlikely event that something is wrong with your order, please email info@broyeurfabriek.nl immediately and we will make sure that the problem is solved as soon as possible.
For Germany, Belgium, France and Luxembourg the delivery time is between 1 and 7 working days.
For larger packages (toilets/shower cabins) we work with Brenger or (for bulk orders) Veens Herveld Transport. The delivery time is 4 working days on average & a maximum of 7 working days if in stock. You will be informed in advance via e-mail.
Please note: Next-day delivery of shower cabins and toilets is also possible, for example in case of emergency, although at an additional cost.

Delivery cancellation:
Cancelling the delivery is free of charge up till 24h after the e - mail confirmation from Brenger.
After that, call-out charges will apply.
Tariffs for shipments within The Netherlands with weight:
0 to 23 kg = € 6,92 (via PostNL)
from 23 kg = € 42,59 (via Brenger)
from 30 kg upwards = € 78,12 (the so-called pallettarief)
For transport to the Frysian Islands, separate tariffs may possibly apply, for which you can contact us.
Tariffs for shipments to Belgium with weight:
0 to 23 kg = € 8,87 (insured)
from 23 kg = € 45 (via Brenger)
from 30 kg upwards = € 150 (the so-called pallettarief)
Tariffs for shipments to Germany with weight:
0 to 23 kg = € 9,99 (insured)

Tariffs for shipments to Luxembourg with weight:
0 to 23 kg = € 11,87 (insured)
23 to 30 kg = € 60 (insured)
from 30 kg upwards = € 150 (the so-called pallettarief)

Remarks:
For shipment to the Frysian Islands, separate measures must in principle be taken and/or it may be that a different carrier must be used and the delivery times may thus deviate: please contact us prior to placing your order.
No rights can be inferred from a future change in tariffs, inter alia due to for example a change in transporter for certain products, or a renegotiation of contracts.
